I'm Molly.

I have spent more than twenty years in hospitality, wine, events, and guest experience. My work has moved through restaurants, hotels, beverage programs, luxury hospitality, experiential events, destination storytelling, and cultural partnerships.

People rarely remember the menu. They remember how a place made them feel: the light, the pacing, the small unexpected gesture.

That feeling can be designed. Not decorated. Designed, with the same intention a sommelier brings to a pairing or a curator brings to a room.

That's the work.
